Education Hub Georgia is an education consultancy based in Georgia. All service fees charged by Education Hub Georgia are one-time fees and apply only to one-time services.
The fees paid by the student cover one-time document processing, admission assistance, and consultancy services as agreed at the time of application. These services are provided once only and are non-recurring.
Legal Support Scope
Any legal support provided by Education Hub Georgia is limited strictly to consultation and non-court purposes only. This includes:
Guidance and consultation related to documentation
Assistance in preparing and submitting applications to government authorities
Support related to student admission procedures
Education Hub Georgia does not provide court representation or legal defense services. If a case requires court proceedings, appeals, or legal representation, the student must arrange this independently and pay all related legal fees separately.
Limitation of Responsibility
Education Hub Georgia is not responsible for:
- Rejection of documents by any government authority
- Rejection or refusal of a student visa or student residence permit
- Court cases, appeals, legal proceedings, or lawyer fees
- Fines, penalties, or overstay charges imposed by immigration or government authorities
- Expenses incurred if the student is required to return to their home country
All such costs are the sole responsibility of the student. Education Hub Georgia will not pay any fees, fines, penalties, or legal charges on behalf of the student.
If the student requires the same or additional services for a second time, new service charges will apply and must be paid separately by the student.
By using our services, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
